Cercon System Compatible Zirconia Block

We know that any one type of zirconia block is not suitable for every type of dental milling equipment. That is why we should offer a selection of system compatible zirconia blocks. In case that the product would be damaged or scraped during transportation, we pack each of our zirconia block individually.

The zirconia restoration milled by Cercon milling equipment often gives high strength and allows 37%-43% of light to pass easily. It has quickly become the preferred material for dental work. Each zirconia product has been through sintering process that lasts for two hours, at a temperature of 1480°C. The resulting block can withstand high biting pressure up to 1200MPa. It is suitable for long time of everyday use.
