MH-5800 Flame Retardant Masterbatch for PP

The MH-5800 flame retardant masterbatch for PP is a new type of environmental-friendly, carrier-free FR masterbatch made from Octabromo and Antimony with high FR efficiency. This product is produced using low-temperature plasticized process. It keeps original FR characteristics. Additionally, our product is a low-dose and high-whiteness fire retardant. It doesn't affect the color of manufactured goods.

Our flame retardant masterbatch for PP can simplify production process, and reduce both dust and abrasion to equipment. It is also a user-friendly fire resistant material that can improve production efficiency. This new kind of masterbatch is developed specifically for FR injection molding. It is very suitable for FR of Polyolefin such as PP and PE. In addition, it has the same FR performance as modified plastic granules with less cost.

Applications
This product can be used as a flame retardant of PP sheets, pipes and boards. It is also applied in wires, cables, and electric devices. Additionally, our product can be found in PE and other polyolefin plastics.

2. Its dose ranges from 6% to 8%. There is no need to add antimonous oxide.

4. The final flame-retardant density reaches nearly 1, while the density of other brominated flame retardant PP varies from 1.3 to 1.4.

Storage and Transportation
The flame retardant masterbatch for PP must be handled with care. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture.

Our product is wrapped in a complex paper bag lined with PE bag. Its net weight is 25kg/bag.
