Our plastic mixer with high automation offers uniform material mixing and a complete range of functions. As ideal equipment for plastic mixing, this machine is mainly used for the mixing, coloring, and drying of PE, PP, PVC materials, as well as the drying and dehydrating of ABS, PC, and other engineering plastics before forming. The plastic mixing equipment can also be used to mix phenol formaldehyde resins.

Plastic Mixer

The plastic mixer combines cold mixing and hot mixing techniques. After hot-mixing, the mixture is automatically delivered to the cold mixing drum, in which the material is cooled and the residual gas is discharged to avoid material agglomeration.
