Rubber Predispersed Masterbatch DPG

Technical Feature
The predispersed masterbatch DPG can significantly extends the scorch time of the rubber materials. It will result in slight discoloration, so it can not be used in light-colored products, unless it is used as the active agent. When using the predispersed masterbatch DPG alone, the obtained vulcanized rubber performs badly in resisting thermal oxidative aging (effective antioxidants should be used). Our product can effectively activate thiols promoting agents, but it has no promotion effect on the vulcanization of butyl rubber IIR and ethylene-propylene rubber EPDM.

Processing
Typically, powdery DPG is easy to fly and adhere to the device. It is difficult to disperse evenly during mixing. However, the pre-dispersed DPG is easy to mix. It will not agglomerate under normal storage conditions. It has good flowability without flying dust, so no loss will be caused. It easily blends into various rubber materials and disperses evenly, which guarantees the optimal activity of the effective ingredient, DPG. It is suggested to add the pre-dispersed DPG in the final stage of the mixing.

Dosage
Primary accelerator: 1.5~3.0 phr, used together with 2.5~3.5 phr sulfur
Secondary accelerator: 0.2~0.4 phr, used together with 0.75~1 phr thiols accelerator and 2.5phr sulfur
