Waterproof Ceramic Frit
We have developed the waterproof ceramic frit of the second generation. The product is made from the raw materials of feldspar, quartz, dolomite, titanium dioxide, etc. After being mixed, the raw materials are processed with high temperature of 1530℃ to 1580℃ and the heat preservation treatment for 24 hours in the frit furnace. The finished form of the product is the pale tawny flake vitreous solid. After firing, the raw materials can get the whiteness exceeding 85%. The chemical materials are all the international products with the content of more than 98.5%. Thus, the whiteness and stable quality of our product can be ensured.
