The UV board is a kind of plank stuff with the surface processed with UV treatment and protection. The bright color can bring strong visual impact. The product has the advantages covering abrasion resistance, strong chemical resistance, long service lifetime, invariant color and easy cleaning.

The UV board adopts high density fiber cement plate as the base material. In general, its thickness is 12mm. We use the UV light curing process to conduct the painting decoration to the surface of the product. The paint coating is attached to the surface of the product. Through the radiation of the UV light, it is solidified into the film instantly. Meanwhile, the solid content is high and the hardness is large.
