Matt Frit for Ceramic Tile

Our matt frit for ceramic tile takes usage of feldspar, quartz, dolomite, barium carbonate, etc. as the raw materials which is mixed and then processed with high temperature of 1550℃ to 1600℃ in the frit furnace as well as the heat preservation treatment for up to 24 hours. The finished product is the slightly green granular vitreous solid. It is used for the mixing of frit matt glaze and raw matt glaze for the single firing and double firing wall tiles.

By using our matt frit for ceramic tile, the glaze layer has smooth surface and feels delicate. It shows matt effect or velvety soft luster half matt effect. The product has two types with the models of WF-951 and WF-957 which have different performance indicators. It can be used independently or in conjunction with the raw material. Customers can choose the appropriate one.

The WF-951 matt frit can be used to form the composed glaze with delicate glazed quality. It has excellent whiteness, smooth texture as well as good resistance to acid and alkali. The product is suitable for single and double firing with the temperature of 1080℃ to 1120℃. The WF-957 product has good whiteness, smooth texture, excellent resistance to acid and alkali as well as good coloring effort. It can be made into composed glaze. The matt glaze made by the product has excellent glaze quality. The product is employed for wall tile with the firing temperature of 1080℃ to 1120℃ and the double firing floor tile.
