Dry Type Cast Resin Transformer

1. Product Overview
The SC(B) series of dry type cast resin transformer adopts high-quality materials and scientific formula. It is made by advanced equipment and strict process. It features high reliability and long service life. According to different service environment, this product can be equipped with housing with different protection grades or equipped with no housing. It is suitable for use in important or special places, such as airports, tunnels, business centers, chemical plants, nuclear power stations, etc.

2. Product Design
a. Use exclusive dry-type transformer partial discharge control technology and pouring internal stress control techniques to control the inner insulation of the cast dry-type transformer in the ideal state, thereby ensuring the key performance of the product;
b. Analyze and compute the field intensity of the product. Control the field intensity of each component below 75% of the initial field intensity of the insulation material by adjusting relevant parameters, thus guaranteeing advanced technical performance of the product;
c. When designing the product, we had introduced relevant performance parameters into the related design links so as to make the product design input include relevant requirements and thus make the output more in line with the requirements.

3. Features
a. Safe, fireproof, pollution-free, can run directly on the load center
b. Adopt Germany HTT technology, high mechanical strength, strong resistance to short circuit, small partial discharge, good thermal stability, high reliability, and long service life
c. Low loss, low noise, obvious energy saving effect, maintenance-free
d. Good heat dissipation, strong overload capacity; under forced air cooling, the product can run with capacity increased
e. Good moisture resistance, adapt to high humidity and other harsh environments
f. Sound temperature detection and protection system can be configured. Adopting intelligent signal temperature control system, our product can automatically detect and display the working temperature of the three-phase windings. It can start and stop the fan automatically. Alarm and trip function settings are available as well.
g. Small size, light weight, small floor space, low cost of installation.
