Dry Type Transformer

The SG (B) 10 type H-class dry type transformer is made of high-quality material and by advanced equipment. It has high reliability and long service life. Depending on the conditions of the service environment, it can be configured with different levels of protection or no shell casing. This product is suitable for use in ships, airports, tunnels, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, chemical plants, nuclear power plants, and other important places or special environment.

3. Features
a. High Security
The SG(B)10 type product is currently one of the safest dry type transformers in the world. When burning at 800℃ for a long term, it produces no toxic smog. Its superiority is more pronounced when used in occasions with high safety requirements, hot and damp environment, and poor ventilation in the electric power industry, chemical industry, ship industry, etc.

b. Strong Reliability
Adopting an insulation system based on Nomex, theSG(B)10 type product maintains excellent electrical and mechanical properties throughout its entire service life. Nomex is not easy to age, and it is shrink-resistant and anti-compression. Moreover, it has ultra strong elasticity. Therefore, the transformer coil is still compact in structure even after using for years and it is able to withstand the impact of short circuit.

c. Strong Overload Capacity
Designed with a new structure and made of new materials with new technologies, the SG(B)10 type product enjoys good heat dissipation, long thermal life, and extremely strong overload capability. It can work safely and reliably for a long term with 120% overload. Under IP23 environment, it can still run with full load for a long time without forced air cooling.

d. Environment Protection
The product is decomposed and recycled after its lifetime ends.

e. Excellent Moisture Resistance
Our product is processed by advanced vacuum pressure impregnation equipment and technology as well as UL-certified impregnating varnish. It is able to run continuously for a long time at 180℃ or higher. The Nomex paper is completely impregnated by the impregnating varnish.
