1. Product Overview
a. Our GW23A-126/145/252Ⅱ/363/550 series of high voltage disconnector is applicable to the switching of high voltage lines and the isolation of busbar or electrical equipment, such as circuit breaker, from high voltage lines.
b. The GW23A high voltage disconnector includes three monopoles and each monopole has a double-column structure.
c. The isolation switch is divided into two parts: moving side and static side. The moving side mainly consists of the base, post insulator, rotating insulator, and main switch. The post insulator and rotating insulator are mounted on the base, and the main switch is mounted on top of the insulators. The static side is composed of the base, post insulator, and main switch static contact. The post insulator is mounted on the base and the static contact is mounted on the post insulator.
The main switch has a single are folding structure. When opening, it is pulled down and a clearly noticeable horizontal insulation fracture is formed with the static contact in the horizontal direction.
d. Our GW23A high voltage disconnector can be made to have a "double static contact" form, namely, two main switches share a static contact, which can greatly reduce floor space.
e. The isolation switch can be equipped with a JW7 grounding switch and a mechanical interlocking device is set between the two.
f. The main switch and grounding switch of GW23A-126 and GW23A-145 high voltage disconnectors are equipped with electric operating mechanisms. Manual ones can be adopted according to the customer requirements. The main switch of GW23A-252 is equipped with an electric mechanism and the grounding switch is with manual one which can be replaced by an electric one. GW23A-363 and GW23A-550 are equipped with electric mechanisms.
g. Three-pole mechanical or electrical linkage can be achieved through the connecting rods between the poles.
