1. Product Overview
a. Our GW7F-126/145/252/363/550 series of high voltagedisconnector is used for switching high voltage lines under no load as well as for isolating the high voltage busbar and high voltage electrical device like circuit breaker, which are to be maintained, from the live high voltage lines.
b. The GW7F high voltage AC isolation switch includes three monopoles and each monopole has a three-pole structure. The disconnect switch is composed of the base, post insulator, main switch, and the main switch static contact.
The three post insulators are mounted on the base. The main switch is mounted on top of the middle post insulator and the two main switch static contacts are respectively mounted on top of the side insulators.
When the shaft of the operating mechanism rotates clockwise by 90°, the middle insulator rotates clockwise by 135°. Meanwhile, the main switch mounted on top of the middle insulator firstly rotates horizontally by 70°. After the moving contact enters the static contact, the main switch flips by 45°, making the finger of the static contact clamp the moving contact tightly, thus completing the closing operation.
c. The disconnector can be equipped with the JW7 earthing switch on one side or both sides. A mechanical interlocking device is set between the isolation switch and the earthing switch.
d. Three-pole mechanical linkage can be realized through the connecting rods between the poles (three-pole electrical linkage for the GW7F-363 and GW7F-550 types of high voltage disconnectors). Separate operation for each phase is also permissible.
e. The main switch and earthing switch of the GW7F -126 and GW7F -145 are both equipped with the manual operating mechanism. The main switch of GW7F -252 is equipped with the electric mechanism and the earthing switch with manual one. Electric operating mechanism can also be adopted as per user requirements. GW7F-363 and GW7F-550 are equipped with electric operating mechanisms.
