The 11m DD6119S11 double-decker rear engine transit bus employs the covering parts made by using the fiberglass reinforce plastics (FRP) for the top part of the front end. The right and left lamp boards as well as the middle and lower parts of the front end are fabricated from FRP compression molded SMC material to get good surface finish and ensure light weight.
The surrounding door asembly of the 11m double-decker rear engine transit bus is formed by welding the steel plate and square tube with small section. Being sprayed with the shockproof adhesive inside, it has high rigidity, light weight and strong anticorrosion property.
