The JT03 butyl extruder machine is designed with automatic centering andclamping structure and circular arc butyl sealing structure. It adopts importedcontrol parts and advanced processing technology. The butyl extruder machinehas multiple functions, such as preheating function and automatic butyl volumedisplay function.

Technical features:

1)   Working stably in theenergy-saving mode, it also features PLC control system and touch screeninterface.

2)   Our butyl extruder machine isused to uniformly apply hot melt butyl to the aluminum spacer frame ofinsulating glass. The use of large electrical control panel makes the butylextruder machine easy to operate.

3)   The conveyor of aluminum frameis controlled by frequency converter, and the speed can be adjusted from 0m/min to 27m/min.

4)   The squeezing system of thebutyl extruder machine adopts pneumatic and hydraulic supercharging system,which ensures stable squeezing pressure.

5)   This supercharging system canprolong the service life of squeezing system and set the heating time in 24hours, electricity and air pressure.

6)   The dispensing cylinder of ourbutyl extruder machine uses rotary supporting system and this makes the refillof butyl easy.

7)   The distance and height of theseparate squeezing head can be adjusted automatically according to differentaluminum spacers.
