The SHC1237 220k SIM card chip is mainly composed of 8-bit linear microprocessor, 512B IRAM, 3.5kB XRAM and 220kB flash memory. For this range of smart chip, the physical characteristics, dimensions and location of the contacts, electrical interface and transmission protocol all conform to ISO/IEC 7816 standard. Moreover, this SIM card chip offers anti-attack function with the help of a highly reliable security architecture, and it meets the requirements of GSM11.11, GSM11.14 and GSM11.17 standards.
