Multi-function Semi-trailer

The multi-function semi-trailer is a 3-axle flatbed trailer with 800mm tall side rails. Primarily used for transporting the 40ft container, the vehicle can also used to carry other bulk goods. Equipped with 12 twist-locks, it is an ideal multifunction transportation tool.

Configurations
Frame
The frame of our semi-trailer is comprised of two main longitudinal I-shaped beams(Q345B/ST52-3) which are of reinforced structure made from rolled channels, and one cross-wise bended and tapered beam(Q235). The load floor is covered with 3mm thick checker plates. The whole structure features high tensile strength. It can accommodate one 40ft or two 20ft standard containers. The vehicle can only hold one 20ft container when it needs to be placed in the middle of the semi-trailer.

6. Landing Gear: mechanical linkage, double-speed
7. Braking System: dual air brake system, WABCO braking valve. There is a 30L gas chamber for the front axle. There are30L/30L double gas chambers for each of the two rear axles.
8. Electrical System: 24v explosion-proof circuit(working voltage), seven-pin female connector, lamps (which meet China standard)

Surface Treatment
1. Pretreatment: sandblasting. The surfaces of the multi-function semi-trailer are rubbed smooth and then cleaned with chemical mixtures.
2. Painting: zinc-rich primer plus top coat (Customers can select the coating color according to their likings.)

Packaging
Every two units are packed in one package. The volume of one unit is 29m3.
