Oil Tank Semi-trailer

The oil tank semi-trailer falls into one of the two types: either the 2-axle or 3-axle type. Typically used to transport oil, the tank can be supplied with a volume of 28750L or 35625L. Its load capacity is 23t or 28.5t.

2. Tank Composition
a. The tank of our oil tank semi-trailer includes 6 rectangular compartments. The steel wall and sealing cap are both of 5mm thickness. Refer to the pictures for compartment volume.
b. Each compartment is equipment with a 500mm-diameter manhole, a 3-inch diameter aluminum alloy bottom valve, and one manual 3-inch aluminum alloy ball valve for oil drainage. (Refer to the picture for the position of oil drain valve.)
c. There is a anti-slip pass-way on top of the tank as well as side rails which can be folded when not used. Operators can climb up and down the tank along the ladder.
d. There is no internal coating inside the tank wall.
e. Oil Unloading: gravity flow

1. Axle: 13t(load capacity)
2. Suspension: 9mm×16mm×90mm leaf spring

5. Kingpin: 3.5inch(self-assembled type)
6. Landing Gear: mechanical linkage and double speed
7. Braking System: dual air brake system, WABCO braking valve. There is a 30L gas chamber for each axle.
8. Electrical System: 24v (working voltage), seven-pin female connector, lamps (which meet China standard)

Surface Treatment
1. Pretreatment: sandblasting
2. Painting: zinc-rich primer acrylic polyurethane top coat. Customers can select the color of coating according to their liking.

Packaging
For the purpose of reducing shipping cost, the oil tank semi-trailer adopts the bolted structure (which means the oil tank and chassis are connected by high-strength bolts). Operators need to assemble the machine on their own. There are altogether 3 chassis and one oil tank. Each will be put into a 40ft container. That means we need four 40ft containers in total. Buyers are required to install the axle and tire on their own.
