The skeletal container semi-trailer is a 2-axle transportation device typically used for carrying containers. The claimed load capacity can be 20t, 22t, or 26t. Equipped with 12 container locks, our skeletal container semi-trailer is able to accommodate one 40ft container or two 20ft containers as an alternative. It only can hold one 20ft container when this container is required to be set in the middle of the trailer.

Structure
1. Frame: two main longitudinal beams (Q345B/ST52-3), one transverse beam (Q235 steel channel), 3mm-thick checker plate.
2. Axle: 11.5t (load capacity). The connector bolts meet the ISO standards.
3. Suspension: strengthened 9mm×16mm×90mm leaf spring suspension system
4. Kingpin: 2inch(welded type)
5. Fifth Wheel Height: The height can be set freely according to customer requirements.
6. Landing Gear: mechanical linkage and double speed
7. Braking System: dual air brake system, WABCO braking valve. There is a 30L gas chamber for each axle.
8. Electrical System: 12v (working voltage), seven-pin female connector, various kinds of lamps, round-shaped rear lights.
