Hopper Bottom Semi-trailer

The hopper bottom semi-trailer is primarily used to carry grains. It is equipped with 5 grain inlets and 3 grain outlets, which help make the most of storage bin space and reduce the amount of grain left within the bin after emptying. The bin volume is 45m3.
Its load capacity is 35t.

Bin Composition
The grain bin of our grain hauling semi-trailer is a cubic tank constructed of checker plate with 1.5mm thickness and two beams which are made of Q345B and ST52-3 steel. This semi-trailer features high strength and large volume.

2. Suspension System: 3-axle 9mm×16mm×90mm leaf spring
3. Tire Rim: 11.75×22.5
4. Tire: 385/65R22.5×7 (one spare tire)
5. Kingpin: 3.5inch (welded structure)
6. Landing Gear: Holland brand. Mechanical linkage, double speed.
7. Braking System: dual air brake system, WABCO braking valve. There is a 30L gas chamber for each axle.
8. Electrical System: 24v (working voltage), seven-pin female connector, lamps (which meet China standard)
