The high speed semi-auto box stitching machine is an indispensable corrugated box making machine for producing cartons. It is applicable for stitching cartons with or without cover.

Features
1. The carton stitcher is versatile and supports varied stitching modes, from single-pin stitching, double-pin stitching, to reinforced stitching.
2. This is an entry-level box stitching machine, and can be simply switched for stitching another batch of carton in a minute. From stitching to end product collection, only two operators are needed. While reducing labor intensity, the carton stitching machine also helps users save investment cost.
3. The feeding unit has automatic counting function, and finished products are collected in piles to enable direct bundling. The carton quantity in each pile can be flexibly set from 1 to 99, which maximizes efficiency.
4. The stitching pitch can be simply regulated from 30 to 120mm via the touch screen.
5. The whole top assembly is made of quality die steel which is imported from Japan. This, coupled with precision processing, provides our semi automatic box stitching machine with high precision operation. Additionally, the bottom dies and the blades are made of imported tungsten carbide to deliver excellent wearing resistance.
