XT-M Series Rotary Die Cutting Machine

In addition to die cutting for paperboards, the rotary die cutting machine can also be utilized to make perforations and creases on cardboards and corrugated sheets with small to medium thickness. It is a widely used paper converting machine in paper box making industry.

Features
1. The rotary die cutter is designed with quality PU die cut mat to avoid damages to paperboards and cutting tool. The mat can move to left or right within 30mm range, which ensures long service life by avoiding severe wearing in a single point. Also, the die cutting equipment is designed with automatic linear speed compensation function to ensure uniform wearing of the die cut mat.

2. In order to ensure repeated use of the die cut mat, our range of rotary die cutting machine is designed with a special system to ensure consistent surface quality on different parts of the mat. This also ensures uniform and beautiful die cutting.

3. This paper converting machine features high precision, high efficiency and simple operation, due to the adoption of vacuum suction style paper feeding method and variable frequency control for the main motor. The variable frequency control also reduces energy consumption by 30%.

4. The die cutting machine supports two types of paperboard feeding modes: continuous feeding, and feeding every other one. A photoelectric counter is adopted to ensure precision counting.

5. According client-side demands, the rotary die cutting machine can be optionally designed with back-push style paperboard feeding and roller feeding functions.

6. The rotation angle of the rotary cutting tool is computer or electrically controlled, and it can be adjusted in the range of 360 degrees. The angle is directly displayed via a digital display unit.

7. The same as most of our carton making machines, this rotary die cutter adopts an electrical system to control the positions of left and right side as well as back-end paperboard baffles. Also available is an optional pneumatic flapping device. These designs serve to ensure precision positioning of feeding material.
