XT-G Series Rotary Die Cutting Machine

The rotary die cutting machine plays a very important role in carton and paper box making industry, and it can finish tasks such as corrugated paperboard die cutting, notch cutting, handle hole cutting, and more.

The rotary die cutter supports independent use, and can also be used in combination with other carton making machines. For instance, it is typically used together with our flexographic printing machine and paperboard creasing machine to create the printer slotter die cutter.

Functions
1. The rotary die cutting machine adopts a computer or electrical unit to control the cutter head rotation angle which can be digitally displayed.
2. The lateral adjustment of the die cutting knife is manually controlled with an adjustment range of 10mm.
3. The paperboard die cutter is available with a rubber mat surface-leveling device, which allows the rubber mat to be used repeatedly, thus greatly saving use-cost.
4. The rubber mat supports transverse movement within the range of 30mm, thus avoiding abrasion to the same point and extending the service life of the mat.
