XT-L Series 2-Color Flexo Printer Slotter

This range of flexo printer slotter is mainly made up of a 2-color printing machine, as well as a rotary cutting, creasing and slotting machine. The two functional units can also be used independently for carton making.

Functions and Characteristics
1. While adopting the chain feeder, the 2-color flexo printer slotter is also designed with an elastic pressing plate at the front end of feeding unit, so as to ensure smooth delivering of paperboards with curled edges.

2. The combination and separation of the printing and slotting units are electrical controlled, and the locking between them is pneumatically controlled. Additionally, the cardboard box making machine is designed with pneumatic brakes to fix the position of the two units, thus ensuring safety during operation.

3. The 2-color flexographic printing machine is designed with a pneumatic lifting mechanism for the printing plates, and also has an automatic ink distribution system to avoid drying of the ink.

4. The printing and slotting units are both designed with a planetary gear to control the rotation angle of printing cylinder and cutter head, respectively. For user convenience, a digital display device is provided for direct viewing of the rotation angle.

5. With a gear pump, the 2-color flexo printer slotter supports automatic lubrication.

6. This paper converting machine features stable transmission, due to the crosshead shoe utilized for connection between the ink roller and the printing press roller.

7. Through precision surface grinding and hard chrome plating, all shafts and rollers for the 2-color flexo printer slotter come with great durability and long service life.

8. All bearings are acquired from Harbin Bearing Manufacturing Ltd., a famous bearing manufacturer in China.
