XT-D Series Rotary Cutting and Creasing Machine

Our rotary cutting and creasing machine is a type of paper converting equipment dedicated for paper box making industry. It combines paperboard slotting or grooving, creasing, and other cutting functions.

Functions
1. This paper scoring machine employs a planetary gear to control the rotation angle of its cutter head. The rotation is 360 degree electrically adjusted and digitally displayed. For user convenience, the rotary cutting and creasing machine supports angle adjustment even when it is not in operation.
2. The lateral movement adjustment for the slotting tool rest and creasing wheel is electrically controlled.
3. The slotting tool position can be adjusted flexibly to accommodate the height of cartons.
4. The gap between creasing wheels can be conveniently adjusted without using spanner, because of the employment of self-locking worm gear facility.
5. This paperboard creasing machine is equipped with a flexible chamfering tool which can cut off 3 and 5 ply corrugated sheets with no need of adjustment.
6. The slotting tool comes with excellent hardness, toughness and long service life, as it is made of high-quality alloy steel and undergoes heat and grinding treatments.
7. By using different tools, the paper cutting and creasing machine can also be utilized to create holes on paperboards as well.
8. A dual-shaft, computer controlled slotting unit is optional for the paperboard slotting machine.
