Planetary Gearbox

The Q series planetary gear box is an arrangement in which a number of planet gears work in cooperation to transmit torque. This power split transmission allows the power to path from the input shaft to different output shaft by way of internal gearing.

The casing of the planetary gearbox adopts the ductile cast iron for high rigidity and earthquake resistance. As a result of compact design, the small-volume structure takes up little space and saves up weight, featuring wide transmission ratio range and high transmission efficiency. Due to the power split of the gear transmission system, each central gear can transmit power coaxially which makes a compact design possible.

Key Techniques
1. High transmission efficiency-the hardening gear surface is put through carburizing and nitriding process as well as other chemical treatments which enable high hardness of the gear surface ranging between 58-62HRC. All the gear teeth have been ground to allow for high manufacturing precision of above 6 grade. The output shaft (with flange) is equipped with spherical roller bearing. Its internal crowned teeth couplings are flexible enough to permit the occurrence of shaft angular misalignment. The couplings also enable the shaft to function properly even when the matched mixing drum roller path has poor precision or under bumpy road conditions.

Environmental Conditions
1. Environment Temperature: -40℃-50℃ (If you want to start the motor at temperatures below 0℃, the first thing you should do is to heat the lubricating oil to above 0℃)
2. Operational Altitude: no more than 1000m
3. Relative Humidity: more than 85%.
4. Input Rotational Speed: no more than 1800r/min
5. Rotational Directions: both forward and reverse rotational directions
